In one line you will have broken NinjaTrader. There would nothing the developers can do to stop bad logic from being coded into a script.

Of course, you are correct in that particular case. But that is not the type of case being highlighted. In the case under discussion, clearly there are results and the analysis terminates; but the results are not correctly summarised. That would argue in favour of a platform issue, not a strategy code issue, since the analysis seems to terminate as it should.

With the additional information about IsInstantiatedOnEachOptimization, it may also prove to be useful for understanding how the platform is handling the analysis summaries so that summaries are fixed to be correct.

I will need to know the exact lines of code causing the behavior.

Testing on my end with IsInstantiatedOnEachOptimization false on my end with a modified SampleMACrossover and instantiating variables in State.DataLoaded, I am not able to reproduce.

The summary is being populated without issue.

Just in case there's a possible NT8 issue I can't share the code but I'll try to isolate it with an example and share it with you ChelseaB, it may take me a while to do so.
