Semi-Auto Entry Strategy (Arm- 3rd Party indicator for Entry)

Hi,

I would like to build some entry strategy's based on signals from 3rd party indicators that I have.

My intention is to have a "arm" or "activate" button, that activates the strategy, allowing Ninjatrader to take the next entry based on a signal from an indicator.
- from there the trade management would be included in the strategy (stops, targets, ect)

I am new to coding, so i would apricate any suggestions/ guidance on this.
ie, are there any similar scripts i can view, (or if these is something close out there available, that i can modify.)

Given that i am using a 3rd Party indicator for the entry signal, does this make it more difficult to include?

If the third-party indicator's entry signal is available as a plot (does it show up in the data box on the chart?) or if it has a vector output for this purpose (did the programmer intend it to be used by other indicators or strategies?) then you should be able to access it from your own NinjaScript.
