Entering Limit Order on Breakout of Previous High

Hi,

What would be the simplest way to use the previous candles high/low value to then enter limit order above/below. For example; on a 5min chart 8:30am candle for high/low, 8:35am enter either long or short if it breaks, say 8 ticks, above/below,

The previous bar high is High[1]. [1] is an index for 1 bar ago.

You are wanting if the current price is greater than the high of the previous bar plus 8 ticks?

if (Close[0] > High[1] + 8 * TickSize)

The opposite would be close less than Low[1] minus 8 ticks.
