Identifying Specific Bar

Using the strategy builder, how can I identify/select the 8:30am candle so that I can set a High/Low to it?
Also how find what is the first bar of session?

You may find the 8:30 am candle by setting up a time condition. Here are some screenshots as an example:

To find the first bar of the session, you can look in the Misc folder for "First bar of session" and check if this is true:
