shark(blackbird) inputs optimizer

from ur experience , , i wanna create an ea with shark(blackbird) , with my indicaator. i wanna be able to optimize the parameters of that indicator on the strategy analyser of ninjatrader.
is it posssible to do that? or whatever parameters you indic you put cannot change.
