How can we make the Strategy Builder use a certain bar type like Heiken Ashi?

and

When going to the normal chart styles on a normal chart, I do not see Heiken Ashi as an option. How do I make that an option in NT 8 on a normal chart display?

Hello Greg,

The Strategy Builder is limited and can only use basic underlying bar types and do simple left and right comparisons.

For anything more complex, it is necessary to unlock the script and code by hand.

With using HeikenAshi, Volumetric, or custom imported bar types, it will be necessary to unlock and code by hand to use special AddDataSeries() calls.

HeikenAshi is a bar type and not a chart style. You will find this in the Type drop-down of a chart's Data Series window.
