Old Strategy Opening and Closing Trade Instantly

I have attached a photo of an issue I was having from the base of my old strategy I originally paid someone a lot of money to code over from think or swim to Ninja trader. I paid someone else to recode all of it a different way and I have still been testing the new one for months. I never understood how the first guy coded it since I am by no means a code language expert. The new code I have is very simple for me to understand now but I can't comprehend everything from the original code. I am unable to share the code but am curious if anyone knows if there's something I need to look at in this old code that could be causing a bunch of trades opening and closing repeatedly. These types of issues never have happened with my very different version. Is there is a simple way for me to build a failsafe so I can quickly test something with this old code?

Typically when a script was written by another developer, we suggest reaching out to them directly for assistance. If that is not an option and you have access to the source code, you could try adding debugging prints to better understand the actions the strategy is taking, or you could even enable Trace Orders from within the script when State == State.SetDefaults to get additional information to the NinjaScript Output window while the strategy is running.
