Developing within Microsoft environment

Hi there, I have a thread of a memory of a prior conversation on this forum. It described developing within Microsoft's environment, which would then provide access to debugging tools, such as break statement and watching variables.

Could you provide information on this? Being able to debug my strategy with these tools, instead of littering my strategy with a bunch of Print statements, would help me out.
