Unable to submit order no handle
I deployed my breakout strategy to multiple accounts before the CPI data release today, but all got a "Unable to submit order 'xxxxxxxxx' no handle" error. Connection is Rithmic. Appreciate any help, suggestions to figure out what happened.Tags: None

CRITICAL — If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.- They would also be able to tell you if the errors were coming from their servers or because of something with your account.
- The NinjaTrader Teams can only help with account and order information on an account held within NinjaTrader Brokerage. We do not have account or order information on accounts held at different companies/brokerages.

If you purchased or received this NinjaScript Strategy from a 3rd party developer or friend, you will need to reach back out to them directly for more information on what the error means and what needs to be done to avoid it moving forward.- Since NinjaTrader didn't create the strategy, we have no further documentation on what the strategy is, how it works, what it does, how it should be set up, or what settings would cause various errors to appear.
- The creator of the Strategy will be the expert on their own code.
If you created this NinjaScript Strategy yourself, please let us know so we may move this post to the "Indicator Development" or "Strategy Development" section of the Forum for further help and suggestions.

Thanks for the response Clayton. It's a strategy created myself. Please move it to "Strategy Development". I will write to the support team directly.

This issue happened again today. Order submitted by the strategy failed, and when I submitted the order from the chart trader, I got the same error message. Restarting Ninjatrader fixed the issue. I request to log this as an issue/bug, and let me know if you need any more information. I have send related log entries via email.

Thank you for your note.
In order to track this error message and identify a potential cause, I would like to review your diagnostic files. Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to a support email so I may investigate this matter further.- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN Emily" in the subject line
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
