Does putting playback speed to Max affect the accuracy of the trades result?

Would there be any difference between the playback trades result and the live trades result using the same strategy on the same market and the same period?

Using the max speed in Playback would not affect the accuracy of the order fill engine on the Playback101 account. Here is a note from the help guide:
"Even though the NinjaTrader UI's are only visually updating at 1-second intervals, orders, indicators, and strategies will calculate just as they were running in real-time."

Another note from that same page regarding running strategies on playback vs. real-time mentions that the results are reproducible:
"When submitting orders to the Playback101 account, these orders are processed immediately and synchronously. This enables reproducible results for strategy developers that run a strategy on the playback connection. Playback101 and Sim101 work differently when executing, since simulated internet latency delay simulation is not present in playback."

When trading on a simulated account during real-time market data or the Playback Connection, fills are based on incoming market data and volume. During real-time trading, fills are based on market dynamics. Though the results are likely to be very similar, it would still be possible for slight differences in fill prices depending on volume, bid price, ask price, etc. We have a page describing the discrepancies between real-time and backtesting here:
