Hello, good day. I would really appreciate it if you could help me to create a strategy in the ninjatrader 8 strategy builder, to make a purchase when the price touches a 3-period SMA set to low, and close the position at touch the 3-period SMA set to high, and make a sell when the price touches a 3-period SMA set to high, and close the position by touching the 3-period SMA set to low, both entries filtered by the address of the parabolic sar, I have tried to create it but my programming knowledge is null and it has been very difficult for me, I appreciate it if you can help me

Thanks Chris for answering, the example you sent me is of a moving average crossover, do you have an example that works when the price touches the moving average, and an example of how to filter entries with the parabolic indicator sar I would appreciate help with examples so be it

Hi Miguel, thanks for the reply. A SMA "Touch" of a price would just be the SMA Value exactly equal to the price on the bar update. Instead of using CrossAbove/CrossBelow, use Equals in the middle of the condition. If you are unsure of how to create conditions in the condition builder, there are many examples that I linked in my first post showing how to build various different conditions. You can also use the parabolic SAR indicator in the condition bulder e.g. checking if the price is less than or greater than the parabolic SAR indicator to filter entries using this indicator.
