Horizontal line that is moved by the user

I have a strategy that draws a horizontal line. But what happens if the user wants to move this line while the strategy is active? Can do it? How can I check the new position for the horizontal line, from my strategy?

Thanks for your post.

A horizontal line that is drawn programmatically from a script cannot be manually moved on the chart window.

Only drawing objects that are manually drawn on the chart can be moved to a different value.
