Long to short reversal at stop loss

I want to change from a long position to short position at the stop loss. How do I set that up in stratagy builder?

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

Instead of using a stop loss, add a condition when the price is equal to or greater than the price you would have used for the stop, and for the action submit a Enter short with a market order.

NinjaTrader will reverse the position when an entry is submitted in the opposite direction.

Attempting to have both an exit and an entry at the same time will result in doubling the quantity in the opposite direction or an overfill.

This example below has a demonstration of saving the entry price with an offset of a number of ticks to a variable which can be used as the trigger.
