Strategy goes crazy 1800+ trades per day

Hello, I am running a mean reversion strategy on 60min (MES future) timeframe on a SIM account. The strategy makes 1 trade per day on average. But on the 2nd Nov. it made over 1800 trades and produced a loss of over 4000 $. Setting are "bar on close".
Luckily it was only on SIM. But I plane to use this strategy live one day because the results up to this incident were pretty solid. How can i find out, what went wrong and how can I prevent this from happening in the future? Thank you in advance for your input. Andy

Thanks for your post.

If the strategy was placing trades, it means the conditions to place the trades became true.

To understand exactly how a strategy is processing logic and placing trades, debugging prints should be added to the strategy.

You could view the prints in a New > NinjaScript Output window to see if/when the condition to place a trade becomes true based on your set conditions.
