so a filled order should stay on the bar where the condition was met and the triangle at the price it was met. Did you see that happen on Test_V2?

Hello dibDab,

You are using limit orders, we shouldn't assume the bar where the condition was met is going to be the bar where the fill happens. The fill will happen whenever the limit price is hit and at that point the entry marker will appear on the bar which matches the fills timestamp.

I did not test the script you attached as mentioned you added a lot of new code to that. Our support is unable to debug and test scripts for you but we can try to explain how to do certain concepts like waiting X bars after an entry which you would use BarsSinceEntryExecution for that purpose.

In the image the order was not filled where you pointed, it filled where the blue arrow is showing up, the timestamp for the fill would be where it is placed on the chart.

If the fills prices are still showing up outside of the bar range please refer to post 28 for possible reasons for that and solutions.

I had an "order filled" message on my speaker and got this print



but didn't get anything on the blue arrow final position, it showed up before then... sorry but really confused now???

Unfortunately the print does not help without being able to see the time of the bar on the chart. You can compare the order filled time with the time on the chart.

I would otherwise suggest trying to sync the pc clock and reload the data. If the PC clock is out of sync that can cause problems with fills. You can additionally enable the tick filter if you area seeing out of range fills.
