Is there a reason why a strategy that compiles ok in Ninjascript doesn't show up on the chart available strategies?

Is it having an error? Did you check the log tab after opening the list?
Alternatively the Name you have used is different than the strategy files class and filename. Please check the strategies code in its OnStateChange SetDefaults for the Name = " "; line, whatever name is specified in the defaults determines what it shows up as in the list.
