How can I encrypt my strategy for giving licences on other machines ?

I don´t want to be a Vendor and sell something.

I just want to install my strategy to another computer that the source code is protected.

Can I just Export the strategy then and send it over to the other device ?

If its possible that I can chose a specific machine/hardware ID where it can just be installed
