OnOrderUpdate State = Filled event fired twice for same order?

This morning I encountered something I've never seen before. The 'Filled' event fired twice for the same entry order, which of course then caused my strategy to create TWO stop orders and TWO exit (profit) orders. I should mention this is an unmanaged order strategy. I'm not handling this specific scenario in my code (duplicate fill events). Do I need to? If this is possible/expected, do you have any sample code to alleviate this issue? Not sure how to proceed. Please advise and thank you in advance for your help!

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 7/8" folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
