Reverse Position via code

Hello,

I just want to confirm that is no mechanism (API) to reverse the current position like there is in Chart Trader with its Rev button? That is, there isn't some method like Account.ReversePosition(); I've done some searching but not finding anything.

Thank you for your reply.

In the managed approach (which most strategies use), simply submitting an entry order in the opposite direction will send an order to close the prior position and open a new position in the opposite direction.

You can look at the built in Sample MA Crossover strategy to see this in action.
