Seems like very week i have a new question but there I go again! I use a custom volume indicator in my base automated strategy that I want to be able to disable using a BOOL in a strategy menu. How can this be accomplished ?

You can add a bool as an Input on the Inputs and variables page and then require the bool to be true to either set the indicator value to a variable or use this as a price, or however you were going to use it.
