Execution Plotting

The strategy executions get plotted with the managed approach but when using the unmanaged approach, trades are executed and no plots are show up. In both situations the account is the same SIM105. Data provider is Rithmic. What could be the cause? I've checked the forum for similar problems to avail.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:

• What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
• Are the strategies running on separate chart windows? Or, are you testing each strategy on the same chart?
• What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 03-22, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
• Do you have the 'Plot executions' Data Series property set to 'Text and Marker'? (Right-click on chart > Properties > Plot executions field)

Thanks for that information.

To clarify, the Unmanaged Approach strategy is enabled on a Chart window and the 'Plot executions' Data Series property is set to 'Text and Marker'. Is that correct?

Note that the strategy will only show execution markers in historical and will only show profit loss lines (real-time and historical) on the chart it is applied to and enabled on.

Please test enabling the attached sample strategy, UnmanagedTemplate, on an NQ 12-22 Chart window.

Do you see the same behavior occurring when testing the attached strategy?
