Running two strategies on the micro es at once minute ticks

I have 2 different strategies I want to test out on the micro ES (for now). One is based off minutes. The other one is based off ticks. Do I just open two separate charts? And run one on one and the other on the other? Thanks

Thanks for your post.

Enabling multiple strategies on the same instrument and the same account at the same time will cause the strategies to interfere with each other.

To truly have multiple strategies run on the same instrument without interfering with each other, this would require placing trades to two different accounts.

In NinjaTrader it is possible to create addition Sim accounts to use for practice trading this scenario.

To add addition Sim accounts in NinjaTrader 8:

• On the Control Center select the Accounts tab
• Right-click the grid in the Accounts tab -> select Add Simulation Account
• Type a name for the new account in the Name field if desired
• Click OK
