    Is it possible (how) to use Time as a variable when running Optimization?

    So, to clarify my question, I want to run the Optimization on different timeframes rather than run the Optimization on each time frame.
    I would like to check it against lets say the Minute timeframe and test it against 1 - 10 minute timeframes.

    I've always wondered this and never asked.

    Thank you for your post.

    Yes, it is possible to optimize a strategy on different time frames. To do so, you will need to check the box in the Optimize section for "Optimize Data Series." Next, you can adjust the Value in the Data Series section to have a min, max, and increment value. I have created a screenshot example demonstrating these settings:
