Every pair entered twice in strategies

I am running NT8 on a FXVM VPS with 18 pairs of Forex. The day before yesterday, the VPS shutdown for several hours for some technical reason . I will attach the log and trace files for the period although I have no reason to believe that the shutdown had anything to do with my immediate problem. Yesterday in the afternoon, I received an error message for each pair which said they had been disconnected because data had been disconnected for too long. After several follow up error messages, I got the program to restart but when I did, each pair was listed twice in the <,STRATEGIES>. tab. .I tried several things including restarting and changing workspaces but it continues to list each pair twice. I need to know what to do to get myself straightened out? .

I've removed the log and trace files from your post as these may contain personally identifiable information.

So that I may best understand what may have occurred, please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Strategies tab of the Control Center.

Things were so screwed up that I turned the program off. I will describe what I saw and if you wish, I will try to reproduce it. Normally, when I load a strategy for a pair, the pair establish an entry for the pair in the <strategies> tab with it not enabled. This time when I would load the strategy, I would get two identical entries, one following the other. With it so different from the norm, I did not try to enable either of the strategies.

I went ahead and restarted NT8. On startup, none of the pairs had a strategy loaded so I loaded it on all 18 pairs. In eac case, a single entry was made in the strategies tab. I ENABLED ALL 18 PAIRS AND THINGS SEEMED QUITE USUAL but they were certainly not usual yesterday.
