Strategy Development and Strategy Analyzer

I created a Strategy and it works as programmed.
I have a variable that is a double. When I go into Strategy Analyzer and run Optimization and
I want to optimize the value of the variable that is a double, in Strategy Analyzer I can't set it below the
integer one. I tried setting the Minimum to, lets say .5, and Strategy Analyzer sets it to 1. I can set the
Maximum to a decimal, say 1.2. I would like to be able to use a Minimum below 1.

How can I get this to work?

Thank you for your post.

If you open the strategy in the Strategy Builder, on the Inputs and Variables screen, what is listed as the Min value for the variable? By default the minimum value for a double when you create it in the Strategy Builder is 1. If you wish to be able to input a decimal smaller than 1, the minimum value would need to be changed to something smaller, like a negative value, for instance. Note that changing the default will force you to remove all references to the variable in your script before it may be changed.

NM. I made a mistake and put 1 as the Min value in the Region declaration.
