Orders are Rejected, not sure why

I'm using the following strategy on a live account.
The Timing Model strategy was published in the June 2008 Stocks and Commodities article authored by Gerald and Trend Gardner titled "Profit with etfs". Installs as strategy "TimingModel"

Earlier today, it attempted to place a trade and the strategy generated the attached error.

It has been doing this all throughout the day, and I've run it perfectly fine on a sim account. So is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

    Thank you in advance

    Hello akm39,

    Thank you for your post.

As you're using a limit order here, what this is telling you is that the strategy is attempting to place the order at a price level that is too far away from the current market price.

Each instrument has it's own "banding limits". You can find out more about the specifics of this on their website here:

Generally we would suggest adjusting the strategy to place orders closer to the current market price, however, we would want to rule out rendering delay/delayed data first. If you're experiencing a delay the strategy may be submitting orders at what would be appropriate prices given the data it has, however, the actual price would be different and your orders could be outside the bands for the instrument.

To check for a rendering delay/delayed data, the first thing I would recommend would be to open up a SuperDOM column or a T&S window for the instrument you are charting, and compare the last price from the chart with the current price shown in the other window you've opened. Are they more than a tick or 2 off from each other?

If they are far apart, please disconnect from the connection while observing the chart. Does data continue to paint on the chart after disconnecting, or does it immediately stop?

Thanks in advance; I look forward to assisting you further.
