How to replace shares with dollar amount in strategy builder ?

Hello ninjatraders I hope everyone is having an amazing day. I had a question regarding trading with a set capital amount per open position. I do know that on TD Ameritrade you can buy into a position using a dollar amount instead of using a share amount, but is this possible to integrate into the strategy builder ? if so, how can I do so and will it round up or down if the share price adds up to more or less than the set dollar amount ? I would like to control the amount as an Input incase I would like the change the dollar amount traded per position which is why I thought this could be done in the input section of the strategy builder but I'm just unsure how to do so. Any help given is truly appreciated. Thank you for your time

In NinjaScript the order methods all take a quantity rather than a dollar amount. To be able to do that you would effectively have to calculate how many shares would be within that dollar amount and then use that. This type of math would not be possible in the builder but it could be created in an indicator or manual coding.
