How to automate strategy backtesting

Anybody know how to access and execute the Strategy Analyzer programmatically?

Hi Gary, thanks for posting. There is no supported interface with the strategy analyzer. We have an open feature request. I will add a vote to it for you: SFT-4391.

If this could be done somehow.....add me to the votes.

Ideally we could run the Strategy Analyzer right in the chart where personal indicators are plotted. For me I cannot get the Strategy Analyzer to work even after plotting the code in the Strategy but I can get a Strategy to back test in the chart.

So some sort of merger of the two functionalities that can be coded.....would be ideal
