Dynamic Target Setting

Is there a way to change the target and/or stop OnBarClose versus the OnStateChange, State.SetDefaults / user input method?

So far I have had to use the Strategy Builder to learn most of what I know, plus poking around others' scripts, and given that the strategy builder has only one method for setting stops and targets which places them in the SetDefaults of OnStateChange, I was wondering if there is an example of how to do this OnBarUpdate and setting stops and targets dynamically based on calculations OnBarClose?
