    Unable to Cancel Out Live Orders

    I'm trying to run a playback strategy while only connected to the playback virtual server.
    It wont start my strategy because: "Unable to cancel out live orders. Strategy xxxxx was not started"
    I'm guessing this is because while I was running the strategy live through TDA, it wasnt able to fill because there wasnt enough funds in the account
    so TDA immediately canceled the order and that messed up ninjatrader for the rest of the day (like usual)

    Why does my LIVE account activity completely block me from running my strategy on live or playback for the rest of the full day?

    I dont think Ninja works well with TDA because yesterday it sent 2 orders at the same time but the strategy criteria to send those orders hadnt been met yet
    one was an ema crossover down so it sent a close position (even though the emas hadnt crossed yet) and the other order was a stop loss order of 0.02 (2%).
    instead of making an "advanced OCO order" it seemed like it didnt send them right cause they were both canceled and the bought stock position stayed open the full day. thanks

    To understand what may be occurring, I will need to take a look at your log and trace files. However, as these may contain personal information, we would want you to send those into us directly from the platform rather than post them here.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        It did the same thing today.
        Not enough funds to make the trade so it got rejected yet Ninja thinks I'm in the trade still and down -3%
        I noticed it says "The endpoint doesnt exist" when it sent the order today
