I'm testing a strategy on ES using a demo CQG feed. How many days data are available for testing in market replay? What are the max days it is possible to go back?

Playback data is retained for about 90 days. After that it would be removed from the servers to allow for new data to be continuously recorded.
If you need to retain playback data for longer periods you can download the maximum number of days which the platform can download and then enable playback recording, as long as you are watching the instrument while connected its data would be recorded so you don't have to manually download new days.
