Trading ONLY during market open hours

Hey Ninja Traders I hope your having an amazing day. I'm fairly new to this platform but I have adjusted quite quickly. I have been having a problem that seems to be quite common. I built a strategy and I want that strategy to ONLY execute positions while market is open (9:30am-4:00pm EST) but for some reason whenever I implement that into the strategy builder the strategy does not follow that criteria. For some context, I have "Exit on Session Close" Off because I was to control the time in which orders stop being placed so I have added 2 time Inputs, Start_time for Market open at 9:30 and Stop_time for Market close at 3:59 then added those inputs to the Conditions with a time series. 1 for open and 1 for close but when I compile the Strategy, yet again it breaks that criteria and continues to place trades even after 3:59. I am using the Trading hours "Default 24x7" so I can see Pre market & Extended hours primarily because this simple strategy runs more accurately with more information. I left some photos down below to provide a visual representation. in short, the red circle is where the closing order was placed but it was not supposed to hold through after hours. it was supposed to close the open position before market close where the white circle is located. I'm still confused as to why its not Following my Trading time criteria. Any help is truly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hi Jeffry, thanks for writing in. I attached a test indicator that works on my PC. It also draws a dot on the bar to confirm it gets a signal based on the time filter+SMA condition.
