The same thing happens on Accounts Tab of the main Front panel. With a live IB account connection, Any explanation for not showing any AccountItem value except Connection and Display name on Accounts Tab?

Hi Majorshi, thanks for writing in. Are you using the correct versions of TWS or Gateway linked here? These values should be available through the Interactive Brokers connection:

It seems that mostly for gateway, that I am using 981.3i version, it is working; as for TWS version 981.3i, it doesn't work. Since I still need TWS, is there any solution for this?

Hi Majorshi, As long as you're connected to TWS through NinjaTraders connect menu and using the correct version the account data should be available. There are no settings that justify the connection grabbing this information. Try to re-install TraderWorkstation and set up the connection through NInjaTrader again. At the bottom of this page is a grid showing each supported connection and the account data they will provide:
