I want to add data from the Order Flow Trade Detector indicator into my ninjascript strategy.

Is there a way to pull data from the indicator?
Ex)
Buy volume, sell volume, total volume, price

Unfortunately no, the Order Flow Trade Detector indicator is closed source and not able to be used in a NinjaScript strategy.

The following Order Flow indicators could be used in a NinjaScript strategy. See the help guide documentation for more information about using these Order Flow indicators in a custom NinjaScript as well as sample code.
