Strategy Builder - delay going long or short after start of new bar?

I can make a long or short action in strategy builder but it seems to only do so at the start of the bar.
Is there a way to go long or short but delay after the start of the new bar?

To allow the order intrabar would require that you use OnEachTick or OnPriceChange calculation mode.

Waiting an amount of time after that would depend on how long you wanted to wait and if that relates to a variable that can be used. For example you could potentially increment a variable a number of times and make a condition that checks for that count.
