How to make a stop variable

Hi NT8 Support,

How do I make the stop variable, for instance, if I make the Stop value in the strategy builder equal to the current ATR indicator, my strategy doesn't create stops for the trades, as if the builder's code doesn't register the ATR as the desired stop distance. How can I fix this, thank you!

Hi Austiner, thanks for posting. The Stops and Targets section can only take hard coded or static values for the stop price. For dynamic stop prices you need to use Exit orders within one of your sets to act as the stop loss. See here for an example:
