Disappearing orders

    Disappearing orders

    Hello,

    I have a strategy tha works in Eurex (Micro-Dax). This strategy works 24 hours and sometimes stop and profit orders dissapear when I check the strategy at the beginning of the day. Buy the stategy works normally. Why do these orders dissapear? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Please elaborate on the orders disappearing by providing a brief description of what occurs and answering all the following questions.
    • Are the orders in question canceling? (You could check Logs and Order's tab of the Control Center to see the last orders submitted live)
    • If orders are canceling, when do they cancel?
    • Are orders stopping while processing historical data, or after real-time processing starts?

      Hello Brandom,

      My strategy sends the stop and profit-target ordres normally. But during the overnight (sometimes), I can't find these ordes in the history. Thay are not cancelling and the strategy runs ok, but there are not stop/profit (is it possible tha they are deleted by Eurex?)

        Thanks for your note.

        Please write in to scriptingsupport[AT]ninjatrader.com and attach your Log and Trace files to your email so we may further investigate.

        In the subject of the email, please include ATTN: Brandon H and the ticket number 3529068.

        In the body of the email, include a link to this forum thread.

        Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 7/8" folder
        • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

        I look forward to further investigating.
