Long order is not placed when Short order is progress

Hi, from my strategy I have placed one short order. Before the short order target reached, i got another setup for long and place long order from strategy. But this long order is not placed. Looks like it is getting rejected since short is in progress. How to fix this ?

You have to make sure that short order has finished first.

It cannot be execute short order and long order at the same time.
(I know in your case, it is not same time, but the problem is your short order is still in progress as you mentioned. So you have to close order first, then only can proceed with your long order.)
