Locating values that change once per day

I am grasping at straws based on a recollection from many years ago, but is it not better to locate S/R values which change only once per day and read them into an array at the beginning of a session rather than locating them <OnBarUpdate>. If this is true, can you provide any references on the subject?

I'm not familiar with this and this thread will remain open for any community members to comment.

If you are referring to the Pivots indicator running with Calculate OnPriceChange, this would really depend on the Pivot range and HLC Calculation Mode. However, I wouldn't expect you would need to duplicate these values to an array. They are available in the plot series.
