Strategy Analyzer stopping prematurely

I'm having an issue with Strategy Analyzer. Sometimes when I change an input slightly it causes Strategy Analyzer to stop running past a certain date. for example if I change trailing stop from .01 to .005 then the backtest which normally would run to the end date will stop prematurely. How do I troubleshoot this issue?
