Entry order cancels

Hello,

I have a strategy that uses the following method
EnterLongStopMarket(int barsInProgressIndex, bool isLiveUntilCancelled, int quantity, double stopPrice, string signalName);
same for exits and short versions

I'm setting
isLiveUntilCancelled = true
TimeInForce = GTC

This strategy has a timeframe of 15 min and operates on AMZN
It placed an entry order today at 14:44 that reached an Accepted state and at 14:55 it got cancelled

My strategy has no CancelOrder(); calling and it was not cancelled manually
I need to know what could have happened?

So we may look into this further, please send your Log and Trace files to scriptingsupport[AT]ninjatrader.com. In the Subject of your email include 'ATTN: BrandonH'. In the body of the email include a link to this forum thread as well as the Order ID for the order in question.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 7/8" folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
