Is there any limit as to often the price used in the above can be changed once the trade has been entered? eg, once a minute? twice a minute? once a second? Less than that?

This would be specific to the connection technology with the broker. Please contact your broker with this question.

As an example, Continuum connections that NinjaTrader uses has a limit of 1 order every 200ms.

Yes, I use Continuum. So, what happens if I try to change it more often than that? Do I get a warning? Does the change simply not go through? Does my account get suspended?

If you send changes to an order too frequently, you could get flagged by the exchange for abusive behavior which may be similar to denial of service attacks.

This could result getting your account suspended. However these questions indeed should be presented with your broker. While our technical staff would like to give you a helpful answer, an accurate answer would have to come from your broker.
