Orders keep executing even though I've disabled and removed all strategies

After closing the chart to stop hearing "order filled" I was STILL getting the audio confirm. Looking around, I found the "Strategies" tab on the main control window. The strategy was there. Removing from there stopped the order executions. Is it normal for un-ticking strategy enabled in the chart and then selecting "Apply" to not stop the strategy? That could be dangerous, no?

Thanks for your question.

Orders are not cancelled when a strategy is disabled. If you want the orders cancelled when the strategy is disabled, you will need to enable the specific options to cancel Entry orders and cancel Exit orders when the strategy disables.

Control Center > Tools > Options > Strategies > NinjaScript
