VIX MA crossover study

I'm trying to develop a MA crossover study on vix when a MA is crossed, the resulting action is either long/short NQ.

I had added the ^VIX data series and an NQ data series to my "additional data" tab, but am unsuccessful in getting the two to communicate.

How would i setup a condition set so when there is a cross on VIX, the action enters/exits from NQ?

The MA needs to be set up on the VIX data series. The condition should look like this:
