I want to sell when value cross below -45

Got it thats great news. Thank you! I can start a new thread for another Q so please let me know but I had another problem. One of my indicators - I want to sell when value cross below -45. Its not working. Does it not take negative values? Currently pic is "less" than but i tried "cross below" too.

Negative values are fine to use.

I recommend you add a print to an empty condition set and print the value of the indicator along with the time of the bar and enable TraceOrders.

On which bars is the indicator value less than -45? Please save the output to a text file and include this with your next post.

Thank you for the great video you made. I learned something new with debugging. Attached is output window. It was an error in such that I didnt have an open contract to sell.

The output does not show what is being compared.

I encourage you to use labels so we can see what is being compared.

For example:

1/2/2022 07:00:00 | JurbolMultiMACo: -46 < -45

Be sure this is being printed in a blank condition set with no conditions so this prints for every bar.

Within the condition set with the condition, you can also add a print with the time such as 'Condition was true' to mark the bars where the condition is true.

Further, does this indicator have multiple plots? If so, be sure to note which plot is being printed and compared in the condition set.

Last, is this the only condition in the condition set or are there other conditions in the set?

Got it.

1. Labels is good idea.
2. Yes blank conditions set.
3. Adding true is a wonderful idea.
4. Does not have multiple plots.

For now the problem is fixed as it was working I just didnt notice. You have no idea how much this helped me. Because I had so many trades happening on a 3 min chart I couldnt notice that I had not contracts open when it went below -45. Thank you so much. For the first time I crossed profit factor of 2.3 on 3 min chart on one month market replay. Was always below 2.
