How do I say that no operations are opened 15 minutes after opening the market and 1 hour before closing?

Thanks for your post.

Based on your other posts I will assume you are working with the Strategy Builder. Whenever you ask a question and do not specify you are using the strategy builder you will likely get an answer using Ninjascript which may not translate well for the strategy builder user so please continue to advise you are using the strategy builder so you can get a relevant reply.

In the strategy builder, you would need to create a time filter that only enters trades between your specified hours. The time filter would be part of the entry conditions for the sets that place entry orders.
