How do I find the last white bar?

From the current bar I want out find out the last white bar. In the picture shown the white bar index is [4] as an example. How to I write a for loop to find the last white bar and take an action based on that.

Heres one way of doing it:

protected override void OnBarUpdate()
{
    int index = 1;

    while(index <= CurrentBar)
    {
        if(Close[index] > Open[index])
            Print("last up bar at " + index);

        index++;
    }
}
