Unexpected Indicator Error Out of the Blue

Hello NT Team,

I run my strategy on 3 different servers, on 3 different accounts, all 3 servers are having same config same resources, but 1 of them is giving the attached error, and the other 2 are working just fine, can you plz tell me what is wrong and why I get it only in one of them ?

Thanks for your post.

We would need to look at both the log and trace files of that installation. Please do not post these in a public forum, instead please send them to ScriptingSupport[at]NinjaTrader[dot]com. Mark the e-mail Atten Paul, ticket# 3364984.

In the body of the e-mail, please include a link to this thread for reference.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your e-mail so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
