Don't trade if I am already in a postion

How do I tell a strategy to not submit a trade if I am already in a trade?

For example, If I am already in a long trade, I don't want to submit another trade until that long trade has hit my profit or loss.

Thanks for your post.

You can check that the MarketPosition is flat as part of the entry conditions.

If you are using the strategy builder, you have to click on two things, on the left it will be market position, then equals, and on the right will be market position flat, so the whole equation is, current market position = flat

Works for me in the strategy builder
