Looking for talented programmers

Hey all,

I know there have been some threads like this in the past, and I also know there is a ninjatrader ecosystem with a list of programmers on it. Just wondering if anyone can help me out and save me some time by mentioning the name of a talented programmer you've worked with? I'm really looking for someone who is exceptional and willing to pay more for top talent. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
